is it better to have the fsb higher to match my ram or lower ?ive been checking different settings and checking it with everest and the results are always similar.
i can get to 4.2 stable im not bothered going over 4ghz but do i need this high fsb?

running some stress testing while OCing my new i5…and my 12v in HWmonitor is reporting a max of 9.06, and min of 8.89….this morning, same PSU, using my E8500@4.2ghz, it would ALWAYS be at 12.10v, min and max…
is this safe? is my PSU failing?
